Animate version 19 timeline preferences

Community Beginner ,

Just updated to version 19 and I am confused by the lack of preferences for the timeline. Based on what I have read, I'm not missing anything. Adobe just moved things around for no real reason and took away our ability to set timeline preferences they way we like them.

After using Animate/Flash for years, I don't want to have all the timeline controls moved to the top of the timeline as they have done, with no option for changing this. Why would Adobe not keep a preference for moving the controls back to the bottom as we have been used to? Not the end of the world, but just makes no sense.

There is also a horrible purple color in all of my classic tweens that I don't seem to be able to change.

Adobe, please add back some of these preferences for users who have been working with your products for years!!!

The color changes are intended to go along with a standard set of colors in the Spectrum framework in alignment with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and so forth. (that's what I was told, anyhow!)

There is no way to customize colors or timeline control placement.

Oh joy, it's the one-size-fits-all'ification of their user interfaces.

It pretty much says it all about Adobe's UX chops that their official blog post announcing Spectrum includes multiple barely-legible illustrative images, none of which can be enlarged.
