Animate won't open file

Hello.

I'm on a course and my files are not working. I can only share the files privately but they seem to work on adobe staff computers but not mine.

I've signed out and uninstall but still, they won't open. My software is up to date and I'm using windows 10.

Please help!

Is it only this file that won't open? Have you tried new files or started a new project. Maybe the file is corrupt. Maybe try giving the file a different name.
