I am making an animated presentation, there is a voice over in it, MP3. Wile working on the film the sound is not working when testing, and the sound suddenly is quicker than the pictures. Should I place the sound later? I want to test properly but its not working correctly now and I have already spend a week working on it.

In the Commands menu there is Convert To Other Document Formats. You can use that to change to "Flash ActionScript 3.0 / AIR". That is the right type if you want to export to video, and you will also be able to set the sound to Stream, to fix the sync issues.

Set the sound to Stream if you want it to stay in sync with the timeline.

If the option isn't available, that means you're working in a Canvas document.

If this presentation isn't intended for viewing on a phone or tablet, there is no reason for it to be a Canvas document.
