Animation from existing png frames

I have a series of PNG frames that someone has exported for me as part of a project. It's a 5 second animation at 30 frames per second, so 150 frames in total.

When I drag that into After Effects it understands what I'm after and gives me 150 single frames each with the sequential image. I'm keen to do the exact same thing here, where I want to drag and drop all 150 (or a zip, or the whole folder) onto the timeline and have it allocate a single frame per image (in alphabetical order).
I know I can do this manually for 150, but we have 12 different animations and they want to do longer ones so I'd rather find a simpler approach.

If it's a PNG sequence (numbered properly), just select one keyframe in the timeline and then import (Import to Stage). In the file explorer dialog choose the first PNG and go OK. Flash will ask if this is a sequence. Press YES and it will import the animation one PNG per frame.
