animation not showing in Chrome and Explorer

I don't have any javascript just this:

this.stop();

and

this.gotoAndPlay(60);

for html5 animation canvas, I can look at it fine in Firefox, but it is blank on IE and Chrome, can you help please?

also, I uploaded all the folder and now I cannot see it online either with any browser:
