I was wishing to use GameInput to add joystick support to my Flash game, however I'm not really in a position to move it over to AIR. The performance issues of localconnection completely discard the viability of having an AIR app to interpret/handle GameInput events and pass them over to the SWF. Can anyone think of any crafty alternatives?
