I have multiple layers put together with layer parenting. Then i put bones on a layer. The other layers move. How do you do so the layers don't move?

Thanks for reporting the issue. I have raised a bug internally to track this. Please add bones and then use layer parenting to avoid this issue for now.

Usually, you use bones and then layer parenting. It's all about getting everything set up before bringing in Layer parenting.
