Audio quality is bad after render

Complete newby here. Made a simple lip-sync from an audio file I have. It sounds good inside Animate but when exporting the audio's really bad. I tried rendering with media encoder and rendering inside Animate but it sounds really bad.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks ahead!

Go to Publishing Settings, and for both Audio Stream and Audio Event change the setting to be Raw, 44kHz, and uncheck the Convert Stereo to Mono box. Do check the box that says Override sound settings.

You'll now get very good sound, especially if your sounds in the library are WAV and not already MP3. The video file's sound track will be uncompressed, and when you send it through Adobe Media Encoder it will become AAC compressed, but should still sound good.
