Hello,
I am lipsyncing a 7-minutes long animation show. As I import the Wav. Audio file into animate with "Stream," I found it will lag when playing in the timeline. It is because when I export the animation to Premiere and match my original Audio. It will always lag. I have try to import a H.264 Video into Animate and the time will be right. Is the any way I can prevent the Audio Lag? Thank you.

if the audio is set to stream it won't lag. your exported file may lag depending on your hardware and audio/video complexity.

It may not because of the hardware, the Sound wave of the Audio is clearly not in the right position compare to the Video I imported.
I 've try Export Sequence and Video, The Sequence will perfectly match the Audio in Premiere. While the Video which exported from Animate will Always speed up a littles bit, eveen I was use the same audio as in Premiere.

your message is unclear. for example,
the Sound wave of the Audio is clearly not in the right position compare to the Video I imported.

means what? you're importing audio and video into animate?

Yes, I exported both Video and Audio from the same clip from Premiere.
One is H.264 Video with sound, and one is Wav.
the Video sound is play with the right timing, while the Audio is lag (also the Sound wav looks lag too.)

what are you exporting from animate?
any problems with what you export from animate?

First I tried to export .mp4 from Animate. The video and sound are both faster than the original.
so I try to export Sequence and composite with audio in Premiere. The time will match but the lipsync-animation i did will be wrong, because when the audio imported into Animate, it will lag.

when testing in animate is everything synced and correct speed?
what is your animate frame rate?

The wav. audio is not with right speed compare with the video I tried to check with.
The animate frame rate is 24fps. Same with Premiere. And the video is 24fps itself too.

are you actually importing a video into animate?

i know you can, but your video won't be synced to the timeline which explains the problems you're having. ie, you're trying to sync something that can't be synced in animate. ie, your sound is synced (if you used stream), but there's no way to sync a video.
sorry, i missed that issue in your original post but was focused on the sound syncing because that's what you asked. only later did i realize your problem is there's a video that's not syncing.
bottomline: you're using the wrong tool for the job. use after effects or premiere to composite that video and audio. only use animate if you want to create another video with onstage objects and the sound. then composite the animate created video and the one you've been importing.

Do you have the system requirement?

Have you tried to export as a png Sequence them bring those into the premiere and then try and sync with your audio?

Yes, My system is much higher than the requirement.
That is what I was trying. I end up export .png Sequence into Premiere and sync with my original audio. While the total length of the sequence will match the audio, but the animation I did will out of synce since the Audio I import in Animate will be slower(lagging) without reason. There will be more obviously lagging if you are import minutes longer Audio.
