Auto Lip Sync Viseme Mapping not working, Adobe Animate version 20.5

I'm setting up the auto lip sync process described here. 

 

In step 5, when clicking "Lip Syncing", we are supposed to be able to assign each viseme we've created to the corresponding phoneme. 

 

However, each phoneme slot aut fills with "Neutral" and I cannot get the viseme panel to pop up.  Per the instructions, I am clicking on each phoneme slot.  But the panel to choose visemes from doesn't pop up.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    We are looking into the issue and in the mean time you can invoke the popup by using Space bar key and click on the appropriate pose then press Enter key to set it.
