Auto rigging Animate Cc

Hi, i am a beginner in Animate cc , auto rigging is only working with sapmle character given in animate cc , When i create a character and apply rigging it dismantles like a flower ,there are no tutorial or any user guide to solve this issue , I also tried a plugin EDAP magnet rigging its also not working with Animate cc 2021, please help me to sort this issue out

    Best would be to download one of our sample characters and study how it was rigged:

    If you follow the instructions you will have no difficulties with SMR.
