Background transparency, export html5 object

Hey, there - have site - abso-lute.ru

Trying to convert flash designs to html5. Now i have problem with transparency of my blackground that coming with html5 object. How can I export my object in the right way.

 

Now i have black blackground in my higher menu. Thanks.
