Black screen of death and it doesn't stop

Well.. This has been going on for a long time and this is can't stop  😞

I've used many versions of adobe animate (or flash) and I keep seeing how animate is crushing over and over again.

The sreenshot shows the version Adobe Flash Professional CC (and this program was on Windows 10 )

But this is happening on the new version program - Adobe Animate 2020. I'm using a different computer and.. Yes black screen,again. (Windows 7)

I have no idea how to stop it.

But I know how it happens

1. I zoom in on the canvas 

2. And I see black sreen. 

Please help me this is terrible

assign a custom keyboard shortcut (if you have nothing custom)

reset your preferences,  https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/set-preferences.html

confirm your customization has been reset

test for animate crashes.

btw, your a few minor and one major version behind animate's latest release.
