Black Screen Rendering on AE and AN

I have been tring tfor two days to solve this problem. I have even had Adobe Tech take control of my computer and try to figure this out. No matter what I do when I try to render a video from After Effects and Animate they always come out black screen, and only audio playing. No video. I have tried every trick I could google and youtube. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled it all multiple times. I had a full disk for media cache I was solving to see if that was an issue. But nothing has worked. Open to any suggestions I really need to render a few videos ASAP

It may be that you're exporting a video with alpha transparency using a codec that does not support it (like H.264).

 

Try unchecking this option in the export window:

Or add a new layer, move it at the bottom and make a white solid shape covering the background (should work for After Effects too).
