Blank White Screen HMTML

I converted my adobe animate file to a html5 version, now when I preview it, it is showing a blank white screen. I deleted my code/edited it there is no difference still shows a blank screen

What do I do???

Hey, sorry Im super new to this software, just learned it today

I have the app downloaded, I hit control, then test, then it opens it via HTML on a new tab

Resulting in a blank tab

after that white screen shows, open your browser's developer console. what do you see?

use default publish settings 

create a desktop folder 

save your fla to that folder

test your fla

your animate project file is a fla when saved. ie, use file > save as > and navigate to that desktop folder.

I created a new folder in my laptop, saved the fla to that, how do I test the fla ? I reopened the same fla and same result of html error so I am confused how you want me to "use default publish settings"

did you change any publish settings?

does your fla name use any symbols?

Nope I used the initial publish settings 

It has dashes in it,  is that a problem????

use underscores in place of dashes.

Just renamed it, placed file in a new desktop folder, reopenned it on google when I tried to ctrl senter run it, same result of a white screen 

Some more details, I was doing this project in action script and everytime I ran it it workerd perfectly, then I clicked convert file to html5, rewrote the code, now these errors

Like after I tried to rename it and but it in the folder 

I opened it on adobe animation app, click ran, the html tab opened on google as a blank screen again

open your fla in animate.

in animate:

click file>save as and assign a new test name with just a few characters and no symbols.

click control > test movie > in browser

I did the that, same error not working

This file worked when I was doing it in action script, but after converting to HTML5 it is not, is it something between the conversion?

Would it be easier to attach the animate file for you to see?
