bouncing ball and the dancing fire tutorials

I am not able to access the tutorials:

The bouncing ball animation

Create a dancing fire animation

I looked online at the website to see if I could download it and it is not in the list of animations to download.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Animation.

These 2 tutorials do not work on an iMac or a Windows computer.

I have dug through the coachmark files and do not see it, although I do find a few that are loaded onto my computer. 

I was wondering if there was a way to download them from the website. I understand they do not have high priority when it comes to auto-downloading to the computer through the program for access. 

The computers are up to date, the program is up to date. I am not sure why they will not work.

Apparently there are only 6 tutorials available at first (Pig Run, Farmer Walkcycle, Amusement Park, Icon Animation, Animating a doll & windmill), the rest are downloaded while Animate is running and take some time to do so:

In addition to that, last time I checked, the Dancing Fire tutorial was bugged out and couldn't be completed:
