Camera tool controller disappeared!

The onstage controls for the camera tool no longer appear when I use the camera tool (it used to always appear when I made a new camera layer). I can use it is to adjust in the camera properties but that is difficult. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am running Adobe Animate version 20.5.1 on MAc OS 10.15.7 Thank you!

The controls only appear when you have the camera tool selected. Default shortcut is the "C" key.

Same thing here and the work around is to toggle the Cam tool on/off. That seems to trigger it.
