Can someone help me With "an error occurred opening file"

So everytime I want to open this asset file that I have downloaded it says "an error occurred opening file" Which I have already used winrar and tried deleting everthing in configuration but it doesnt work can somebody help me?

It's a bug in AA 23.0.2 - can't open older FLA files.

Revert Animate to a previous version.
