I've been trying to move anchor points within tweens (motion tweens specifically), but I wonder if the tween has an effect on whether or not I can move them. The problem is, when I add a rotating effect on the object, the anchor point moves completely outside of the center and throws off the whole rotation. Also, when I bend the path of an object the same thing happens.

Hi mate,
1. Attachments in the forum have not been working for some time. If you edit your post and add the JPG via the dedicated image button in the toolbar we may be able to see it.
2. I did warn you earlier against using Motion Tweens. You will have nothing but problems with them, in general. They may have some usefulness in less than 3% of situations. Use Classic Tweens.
3. Saying "Anchor point" I imagine you mean the "Transformation point". Stick to the terminology.
You never move Transformation point on either keyframe in a tween. It is not possible.

I can't control rotations and paths on classic tweens like I can with motion tweens. That's why I use them. But thank you for the link.
