Can't Remove Wacom circles in Adobe Animate CC

Hi, I'm using Adobe Animate CC with a Huion Graphic tablet. Whenever I try to draw in the program, the wacom circles make it impossible to draw shapes accurately, and makes a small straight line when I'm making longer strokes. I've disabled 'press and hold for right clicking' and Windows Ink settings as well, but the problem keeps persisting in Animate. Is there anyway I can fix this problem? Thanks
