Can you create 3D animation with Flash 10.1 or below (AS3, Flash CS6)?

I am trying to create 3D animation for a banner ad. The site we are running this on requires that the ad be built using Flash version 10.1 or below. I am using AS3 with Flash CS6. Does anyone know if this is possible? I have a design background rather than a development one, so if this is possible without using advanced code, that would be ideal. Thanks!

you can create 2.5D in flash =  2D objects moviing in 3D space.

and you can extend flash'es capabilities by using a 3D library for true 3D, but that's not a task for flash novices.

you need to check with your publishers as to the max file size limit. Most banner ads cannot go over 40k in size unless buying a Rich Media Banner in which case you can go as high as 100k in file size.
