I use older flash programs this one thing that frustrates me so much yet can't find any solution at all, When my canvas is big that i need to zoom in the canvas, I need to use a move tool or just press space bar to move around the canvas

But here's the huge problem that peeves me off, The canvas won't move when i drag, but the scroll bars are moving

But when i click somewhere it goes to the place where im moving on, but its still annoying since i wanna finish an animation as fast as i can without any tedious tasks like that. What should i do?

you can always drag the scrollbars and/or use the mouse wheel for vertical scrolling.

and pressing the spacebar should allow you to drag on the canvas to move the canvas.  if it does not, reset your preferences.

to reset your preferences:

1.assign (if none now exist) a custom keyboard shortcut:

2.reset your preferences* (you should not give up on this until you've tried several times)

3.confirm you were successful by checking your keyboard shortcut was reset

if it's not, return to step 2 if it is reset, check if the problem is resolved

* press and hold Control+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Animate.
