Change color of statusbar with Actionscript AIR for Android/iOS

Hey,

is there a way to change the statusbar menu on a mobilephone with Actionscript? The bar that shows notification, signal, bluetooth, clock, batterystatus and so forth. Ive been searching all over the internet, I have only found an ANE for ios.
