Character type not displaying in Properties panel

Animate v20.0 on macOS 10.15.1

The Character families display in my Property panel, but the Character types do not (grayed out). I never had this problem pre-Catalina/pre-Version 20.0 I have tried Restoring Default Properties, but still have the problem. In fact, I have never customized the Properties. I have even deleted Animate and reinstalled, but the problem persists.

Any suggestions? Thanks
