click button to play timeline backwards to specified frame

Hey up 

I have a very simple idea, but need some help to impliment.  I have an image sequence. i hit a button and the animation plays forward and stops on specifed keyframe, i then need to be able to hit a button and play backwards along the time line until i hit a certain keyframe and so on 

any help would be apprciated

Hi.

The easiest way to achieve what you want is to create two spans of frames: one for the forward animation and one for the backward animation. Next, assign frame labels to each span (e.g.: "titleIn" and "titleOut"). Then just write a code for your buttons to play these spans by their first keyframe index or by assigning labels to them.
