Clicktag implementation problem with under/over sized banner...

So, here it gose.

I am creating a banner in html5 in AA
basicly the banner looks fine after "publihing" in animate,

ater resizing the browser it looks good,

but after adding the click tag to it:

it scales like shit...
full size

and when the browser is scaled.

Ive got the message from it department stating that this line of code is to blame

and no solution. I am attaching the animate project file along with the published banner.

Can someone olease tell me what seems to bee the problem :/?
