Color drop doesn't work in Animate

Everytime I use the color drop for a color on THE SAME LAYER it keeps turning to transparent. Does anyone know how to fix it? There is a video showing the issue.

Hi, can you check if you have a mask or layer on top with a transparent filled shape (Alpha% 0)?

If that's the case, please lock or hide that layer before using the eyedropper.
