Confusing Error Message

I got an error message saying the Creative Cloud is unable to sync with the file I am currently working on. I don't know how to fix the issue. Any solutions?

    after opening the file from the synced folder, using animate save that file to a working folder (not your sync folder).  when you're ready to have the file synced, save, move or copy the file to the sync folder.
