Could not complete operation because of an unknown error

@Hi, I need to export a flash cs6 file to mov format. But when I try to do so I get a message saying "Could not complete operation because of an unknown error". I never had this issue before, and was doing this process for couple of months with out any difficulties. Can someone help me?

Apologize for being late to your question as I was away on vacation. If you are exporting to a network drive, can you try saving to your computer's hard disk? Let us know if you are still facing this issue.
