Creating quicktime in Animate

Just so there is no confusion, I understand that Adobe Flash is now called Adobe Animate.    wow, it's been a few years since I used this program so I hope I'm posting in the correct place.

I need to create a video out of a sequence of TIF images (420) and I have no idea what the process in Adobe Animate is.   If somebody can direct me to clear instructions then I would very much appreciate hearing from you on this matter.

Thank you.

Not sure why you're getting Animate involved in this. You should be able to import your image sequence directly into Adobe Media Encoder.

Also, why QuickTime? Apple even barely supports that anymore.

I referred to Animate because the articles I read were making reference to Flash being changed to Animate.       To make sure I understand you correctly, you are saying that Abobe Media Encoder is what I'm looking for to take a series of tiff images and convert them into a quictime video?
