Creative Cloud All Apps plan

I recently got the Photoshop plan in which I would need to pay $22 monthly. However, I also want to include Adobe Animate as well. I saw a "Creative Cloud All Apps" plan in which I would need to pay $30+ monthly. Would both Photoshop and Animate be included if I purchase the $30+ monthly plan?

Can you share a link to the plan here so that we can confirm. The CC all apps plan retails at 52.99 USD, I am not aware of anything lesser thatn that. https://www.adobe.com/ca/creativecloud/plans.html?promoid=1NZGDCMY&mv=other
