Damaged .fla file

Hi, my file keeps saying: Could not load scene into memory. Your document may be damaged. I've been stressing all week because of it and have not found any solutions, if anyone could fix it, you would litterally be a life saver as I have been working on it for 4 weeks now 😞

i was able to load it, but i'm not sure what it is.

Wait, you were able to open the document and view it?- you could see my work?

i was able to open.  i saw nothing was on stage, but i noticed a very low frame rate and a library video that seemed lengthy.

I get the same thing as you- the difference is, mine has an output, this:

oh, i thought you couldn't load the fla.

anyway, i don't (think i) see anything different than you see.

to prevent future work loss get in the habit of saving your fla's with increasing version number appended to the file name.
