dashed lines caps

Is there a way to make dashed lines not have rounded caps on all the dashes? The cap icons are currently grayed out when making a line dashed. I have a 2px stroke and don't want them rounded.

I don't think so.

They never bothered to do it for the dashed line after they introduced caps in Flash 7 or 8...
