DDL/Installer for Flash Pro CC 2014

I need Flash Professional CC 2014 for a software I'm working with that utilizes parts of animate/flash that aren't available in newer versions. Does anyone have an installer or DDL for this version? (any version from  14.0-14.9, if 14.9 exists)

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file.  it may not remain online.

i have tried the download link there and it leads me to the helpx download install page. I cannot save the link, it says "Error - Blocked" even though i have successfully gotten the browser cookie

more links have been pulled by adobe.  i was aware of some premiere pro links being pulled, but this is the first time i've heard of a flash/animate being pulled.

if you had a license for the current cc, there's a small chance you could still get flah/animate cc 2014.  do you?
