disable right-click?

No, it can't be disabled. The only time you can deactivate but not eliminate the SETTING,
is when flash movie stage get really small.

The setting window has specific size of (approx) 210 by 140 pixels. If the flash movie is
too small, you won't be able to see the entire SETTING box, therefor it will dim to prevent
your from opening it but not being able to access all its options.
