Does Adobe now offer a tool like Adobe Edge Animate?

I am looking for a tool that could allow me to quickly create a responsive and interactive HTML5 website with almost zero code.

Dreamweaver is not it. Animate does not seem to be it either.

Is there such a tool?
And if not from Adobe, which one similar tool would you recommend that would be so natural for designers to animate and create interactive and responsive HTML5 web experiences/presentations?

Hi.

Adobe doesn't have this type of software.

Maybe what you want is something like Webflow.
