Hi
Flash CS3 Pro was released 12 years ago in 2007. Today you can't get a trial version from Adobe in 2019. The version history stepped since then over 7 versions. Today there is Animate CC 2019 *version 19). Animate is formerly known as Flash Professional. The name change happened in 2016.

Hi.
Please be respectful. There is no need for exaltations.
And please notice that Adobe ended support for the Flash Player plugin for browsers only (runtime) not for the authoring tool, which is now called Animate. These are different things. Many animators and studios still use Flash (authoring tool) for their TV shows because it's more stable and it's faster.
And It's still possible to use Flash based content for desktop interactive applications and if you use the AIR runtime you can still user AS3 to develop desktop, mobile apps and mobile games.
Regards,
JC

If there's a current day exam requiring Flash CS3, then that's honestly a class that is very far behind the times. Although many CS3 techniques can still be applied to the current version of Flash, now rebranded as Adobe Animate, if they require software that old that probably can't even be installed on most modern operating systems, then I'd seriously question the exam/teacher's credibility for requiring the impossible in order to even take the exam.

Again, please be respectful.
What do you hope to accomplish by calling someone stupid?
Please calm down.
