Error message when I try to open Animate File

I've been working in Animate CC 2020. 

I saved my work but now can't open it as I get an error message:

An error occurred opening file '?Users/litzajansz/Desktop/Woos anim/Woos-1.fla"

I've just finished my project (after 2 weeks). I tried to export the file as a video but I had to force quit as it crashed in Media Encoder. When I tried to open it again I got the error message. The last recovery file in Animate opening page is from 2 months ago.
