Everytime I restart adobe animate all of the settings restore to default and the perenfrences are compact. Does anyone have any solutions?

For the fluid brush I put size 7, stablizer, curve smoothing, and roundness to 100, and I put taper 0 and angle 90 and the pressure 30. I use comfortable for my animation. And for most of my animations, I put 24 fps.

I did save a template but when I still restart it. it goes back to normal
