Export names to CSV

Hello! I'm a rookie programmer trying to build a program for a client. I'm pretty much done building it, but he wants the names entered in the log in screen to be exported to an excel/csv spreadsheet. http://i.imgur.com/caCw5ge.png

Is there anyway I can do that? If I need another software [i.e. Flex, Zinc, or Air], let me know. If you have tutorials that could be useful, that would also be appreciated.

Usually something like that would be accomplished thru a PHP file on a server.  If this is something local/offline, then you probably need to look into using AIR.
