Export stuck

I am exporting my animation and added to Media Encoder, I have tried JPEG and a couple other formats and they seem to not work. My animation is roughly 25 minutes long and 160MB. I have enough storage easily to export and I am not sure what's causing me to be stuck at 56%, any help?

There is a limit of 16 000 frames in Flash.

25 minutes is likely to be exceeding this limit.

Split your animation into multiple FLAs.

unless you have a vert low frame rate, you're over the animate max frame limit and would  need i-don't-know-how-much ram to export video
