Exporting Animate animations to Flutter

I saw that there's a editor called Rive that can export animations to play in Flutter-based apps.
I couldn't find any solution online on how to export Adobe Animate animation to Flutter.
I'm trying to find a way to export the animation based on svg so it can be responsive and adapt to different screen sizes.
Is that possible?

you can export svg's from animate but that wouldn't be an animated svg.
