Exporting html drops image in last frame

About to wrap on a project, and I'm testing out exporting and previewing. Everything seems to be going well, until the very last frame. One of the symbols in the file disappears after being on screen for a good while, I am not sure what the issue is. Searching around I saw other's having an issue with this, they suggested "turning off guides" which I did. No luck though, unfortunately.

I am being given these Output errors:

WARNINGS: ** 50 Bitmaps packed successfully into 8 spritesheet(s). Frame numbers in EaselJS start at 0 instead of 1. For example, this affects gotoAndStop and gotoAndPlay calls. (41) Modifying the transform point in a tween can produce unexpected results. Content with both Bitmaps and Buttons may generate local security errors in some browsers if run from the local file system.

Thanks for your help!

I should add this is not happening with the .swf export. Don't know if that helps narrow down the issue.
