Earlier today I updated Adobe Animate CC from 2018 to 2019. I started a new fla, and I proceeded to take assets from an animation I previously made (around a week ago). Turns out, multiple .flas were missing from my computer, including the one with all of my assets. I'm pretty sure this was because of the update, because I checked the day prior and it was all there. I really hope anyone can help me with my issue, and figure out what happened. Thanks!
no fla files are deleted or changed when uninstalling, updating or installing animate. i've been doing all those since adobe introduced its subscription model years ago and never encountered a problem on both mac and win computers.
use your file system search for *.fla files. and check your trash in case you accidentally deleted a fla you wanted to keep.
