Flash Client-side logging and debugging

I got the link for the same but this is for Flex. so how can I use this code for flash CS4.What changes are required for  flash ( fla ) file ?

I import the MyCustomLogger ( as per example given) in flash I am confused how to trace the global trace()in flash

If you have installed fdebug flash player it can log all traces in flashtrace.log file.

you can do the same with FireFox's Flash Tracer

Firefox works with this files if traceing is not enabled there will no trace in firefox

I created flashlog.txt as per the link given ( C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\Logs\flashlog.txt) file is create but unfortunately that file was deletes my mistake, I also tried to reinstall the debugger plug-in but it doesn’t work. is there any way to create thatflashlog.txt ?

This file is crete by Flashplayer when its start to play a swf. In mm.cfg you may configure to create a new file for a clip or to apped data. BUT you MUST have a debug version of FP and you MUST enabled the logging. Every program or plugin that show trases work with flashlog.txt file.
