Flash Photo Upload

I have a client who is a photographer, and he wants a site like this: http://www.amivitale.com/main.html

Now, the problem is that he wants to be able to upload his own pictures to the site later (without having to pay me to do it). So is there some kind of program or script for him to be able to do this? It has to look cool like the website above, not like a Coppermine photo gallery. Please help! Lots of money is on the line!!
