Flash2SVG not installing correctly on specific setups

I've been in touch with the developer of the Flash2SVG extension; who has referred me to Adobe Support regarding an unusual issue installing his tool.

I'm using the latest version of Yosemite 10.10.3 on a Mac, with all of the last Adobe CC 2015 installations (Flash Pro is on Build 15.0.1.179).

When I install the extension, everything seems to install correctly. However the tool can not be seen in the Windows > Extensions dropdown. See screenshot:

Has anything like this been reported before? Are there any known suggestions or fixes?

Hi, I've got the same problem (same installation and Adobe / OS versions). Do you have any news on that?

Coinsidently, I checked this again last night. All software up to date, same error. So no development on this I'm afraid.
