FPS problems

HI

I cant get my head around this problem; when im exporting my animations from Animate i want 25fps and  when i open them in Quicktime and try to walk frame by frame i can only see 12 drawings per second..??

I know the file s in 25fps from the inspector, and i have tried both in premiere and after effects and there framerate is the right one. I guess this question is more related to quicktime..

What I need is a tool where a can go easily from one frame to the next to analyse the animation in detail, when i have the mp4. without opening the .fla..

best regards,

Frida

I assume you exported a .mov video from Animate using the default Animation codec. That is a lossless format made for editing not playback; it's usually too heavy to play in realtime on a video player. Convert it to a lighter format like mp4.

The exporter renders the video frame by frame from the SWF, it is impossible that is dropping frames. The issue must be somewhere else.

If you can, share your file via google drive link so we can take a closer look and hopefully see what the problem is.
