Gradient Transform Tool

This is going to sound simplistic, but I just opened Animate 2020. Where is the gradient transform tool?

Nested under the Free Transform tool, same as all versions of Animate.

I thought that was the case... but my version does not have a nested gradient transform tool for some reason... see below. Is there a preference I need to select?

Strange. Well, if it's not in any of the active tool menu buttons, it's stored under the "..." menu.
