Graphics tablet eraser mode

My new graphics tablet/pen has a button that is supposed to change your tool to the eraser, but I can't get it to change in Animate.  It works when I try using Photoshop.

What brand of graphics tablet/pen do you have?

If you have drivers for it, you may be able to check in the control panel or system prefs to map the button to that function.
